Hudson Valley Canna-Workforce Meet Up

The future of the cannabis industry in New York hinges on building a productive, efficient workforce of skilled labor. At Trimmr we know, firsthand, how difficult it is to stand up an entire sector of a new industry. It's our belief that the only way for New York to compete on a national and eventually global scale, is through a cooperative approach to building the infrastructure needed.

This simple premise permeates every action we take, including the efforts we're spearheading to help find, train and employ the future workers of the cannais industry.

We'll be hosting quarterly Canna-Workforce Meet Ups starting in the Hudson Valley and then spreading to other regions throughout the state. At our first event held in late June, we were happy to partner with state agencies including the CEED, (Cannabis Education and Employment Development) and CWI (Cannabis Workforce Initative) as well as SUNY colleges offering cannabis specific programs to help educate the future workforce.
