As the COO of Trimmr, Johnny has overseen the development and documentation of all SOP's and workflow processes for all products within the Trimmr ecosystem. His systems based approach has allowed our team to scale quickly utilizing a Lean Six Sigma techniques combined with Agile practices from digital development.
