What You'll Do

Harvest Staff play a critical role in cannabis post-cultivation operations. You'll work during peak harvest periods to process cannabis plants for either dried/cured flower production or fresh frozen extraction material.

This role involves hands-on work with freshly harvested cannabis, preparing it for the next stage of processing. You'll learn proper handling techniques, batch tracking, and quality control procedures used in licensed cannabis facilities.

Proper compliance documentation

Fresh Frozen

Freezing material for extraction

Key Responsibilities

Pre-harvest defoliation and plant preparation

Cannabis harvesting and plant processing

Hanging and drying rack setup

Fresh frozen processing and bucking

Weighing and batching harvested material

Proper labeling and batch tracking

Freezing and cold storage preparation

Maintaining clean and organized harvest areas

Requirements

Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing

Precision and attention to detail in processing

Ability to work efficiently in teams

Understanding of proper handling techniques

Willingness to work in cold environments (freezers)

Cannabis badge/license in applicable states
