Job Overview

What You'll Do

As a Cultivation Staff member, you'll work directly with cannabis plants throughout their vegetative and flowering cycles. Your role supports the cultivation team by maintaining a clean, organized, and healthy grow environment.

You'll gain hands-on experience with plant care, environmental controls, and standard operating procedures used in licensed cannabis cultivation facilities. This is an excellent entry point into the cannabis industry for those interested in horticulture and agriculture.

Plant Care

Daily plant maintenance and health monitoring

Nutrient Management

Mixing and applying nutrient solutions

IPM Support

Pest and disease prevention protocols

Canopy Training

Pruning and defoliation techniques
