About the Role
The Driver Tech stands at the forefront of our logistical and operational support services. This person will be responsible for: pre-engagement planning, hauling, setup, equipment maintenance, and operations of Trimmr products and infrastructure. At the heart of this position is an unwavering commitment to our cultivator clients, a desire to roll up one's sleeves, and ensure that schedules are met and services operate according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). This person should be willing to dive into hands-on roles during pivotal customer engagements. Our operational success hinges on the Driver Tech's expertise, relentless attention to equipment condition, and strategic customer and on-site relations.
Duties & Requirements
Drive Trimmr products and infrastructure to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries and proper handling.
Set up, maintain, and pack up Trimmr equipment to ensure seamless operational flow.
Engage in the assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Trimmr equipment, anchoring them to operational SOPs and ensuring peak availability and functionality.
Foster strong relationships with our customer base, ensuring equipment runs smoothly, concerns are addressed promptly, and satisfaction levels remain high.
Foster strong relationships with Trimmr operating team members. Dive into customer engagements as interim staffing for product operation as necessary.
Participate in the depot maintenance of Trimmr equipment and assist in the fabrication and assembly of new Trimmr products.
Collaborate with internal teams to draft and revise standard operating procedures in alignment with evolving product features and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valid Class A commercial driver's license with experience hauling large bumper pull trailers (30'+).
Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and technical tasks, with a knack for electronics, engines, and complex devices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at handling on-site interactions and ensuring smooth operations.
Proven ability to align with on-site demands and craft operational strategies in dynamic environments.
Willingness to adapt and respond to challenges, ensuring operational continuity.
Active participation in community-building initiatives, with an emphasis on ensuring top-quality Trimmr product operations.
Comprehensive understanding of the Trimmr product range and its intricate functionalities.
